The Polyribbon studio microphone harks back to variable pattern microphones of the past ,
but with twenty first century performance. The basic vintage ribbon character come through
without the limited frequency range and peaks and dips of the earlier technology. This is made
possible by the simultaneous switching of electrical networks as well as acoustic valves when
the front panel patern selector is engaged. An additional selector allows three levels of low frequency
equalization for proximity effects.
Included is a road worthy sealed case.
